New Rules for Licensees at AZLL
Effective June 18, 2003
The Department of Liquor Licenses and Control is currently in the process of rewriting its rules
(Arizona Administrative Code, Title 19). The
Department currently has 59 rules (51 Director's rules, 8 Liquor Board rules).
The Department will be rewriting these rules over the next 24-36
months. The rules will be reviewed in groups of approximately 1-5 rules at a time.
As a new docket is opened, information regarding each rule and the deadline for public comment will be posted on this website. Those who
wish to express comments, questions or concerns will be asked to contact Special Investigator Wes Kuhl (602-542-9072) or Special
Investigator David Williams (602-542-9789) prior to the deadline on each individual rule package.
This website will serve as the only source for public notification and will be updated as changes occur.
